Best Choice I've Made

Having Daphne as my realtor was a real pleasure for me. She recognized the housing market was in a frenzy already in the summer of 2004 and tried to work with me in being aggresive to find a home at areasonable price while there was still time. She was very knowledgableabout all the actions that need to be completed after the offer was made up until the house closed. I never felt like there was any part of the offer/closing process I didn't fully understand after daphne explained things to me. The thing I liked best about having Daphne being my realtor was that she maintained contact with me. She still calls to see how I am doing and if there were any issues with the house after I moved in. I even get monthly mailers from her on little tips to maintain my home value.
